EWKR Squad Training (Kata/Kumite) July 2023

The July squad training will be held on Saturday 15th July at Cheslyn Hay sports centre. Timings are:

1015 - Height, weight and accreditation photos for students attending international competitions
1100 - Kata - all grades
1200 - Kata - split into grade groups and team kata practice
1330 - Lunch and putting down mats - help required
1400 - Kumite
1500 - Finish and taking up mats - help required

A selection of squad kit will be available to purchase or order if needed alongside t-shirts for supporters.

To attend training, all attendees must have completed the online registration form
